1. Website purpose
The Website provides general information about Upper Cumberland Pressure Washing and its residential and commercial exterior cleaning services, including house washing, roof washing, driveway and concrete cleaning, and related soft-wash and pressure-washing services in Cookeville and the Upper Cumberland area of Tennessee.
Website content is provided for informational purposes. It does not constitute a binding offer, service agreement, warranty, professional advice, or guarantee that any service, product, date, location, method, or pricing will be available.
2. Quote requests and service agreements
Submitting a quote request, Instant Quote, Instant Form lead, chat message, email, text, or phone inquiry does not create a contract, reserve a date, guarantee availability, or obligate either party to proceed.
Any project will be governed by a separate written proposal, quote, service agreement, invoice, or other document accepted by UCPW and the customer. If these Website Terms conflict with an accepted customer agreement, the customer agreement will control with respect to that project.
Pricing, scope, scheduling, payment terms, cancellations, weather delays, surface conditions, preparation, access, chemicals/methods, and other project-specific matters will be addressed in the applicable quote or service agreement.
3. Information you provide
You agree that information submitted through the Website will be accurate to the best of your knowledge.
You are responsible for having permission to provide any address, property information, photographs, files, or other material you submit.
Do not submit passwords, payment-card information, government identification numbers, medical information, or other sensitive information through a general contact, chat, or quote form unless UCPW specifically requests it through an appropriate secure method.
Submission of information does not guarantee that UCPW has received or reviewed it. If a matter is urgent, call (931) 271-5252.
Our collection and use of personal information are also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-party websites and services
The Website may contain links to or use services provided by third parties (including scheduling, quote, chat, analytics, advertising, maps, and messaging tools). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

9. No warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
UCPW disclaims warranties relating to the Website, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement.
Nothing in this section excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UCPW and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of—or inability to use—the Website.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UCPW’s total liability for a claim arising solely from use of the Website will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
These limitations apply only to Website use. Liability relating to an actual pressure-washing or soft-wash project will be governed by the applicable customer agreement and applicable law.

Message and data rates may apply to text messages. You may ask us to stop nonessential communications at any time by replying STOP to a text or emailing info@ucpressurewashing.com.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute concerning these Website Terms will be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction located in Putnam County, Tennessee, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
This section does not alter any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Changes apply prospectively from the date they are posted unless applicable law requires otherwise. Your continued use of the Website after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or removed to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will remain in effect.
